Thank you for checking up on this blog. This blog will be about how using social media can help or hurt you on your journey of finding a career. Since technology and social media have advanced so rapidly over the past few years, we all realize how powerful these public pages can become. You would be hard pressed to find anyone without either a Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, or Linked In account. Many people have all of these! So with that being said, throughout the next few months I will be posting information about how these forms of social media are affecting people in the workplace. I encourage and appreciate feedback and responses to any posts.
